Default E6300 Overclock

Okay, so finally i got my new board, which you can see in my specs. I'm currently overclocking to 350FSB (2.52Ghz).

However, after this, my PC fails to boot. I've tried increasing the Vcore manually through the bios, however it doesn't seem to change to what i've set it to when I look in cpu-z.

Could this be a memory problem? My memory isn't extreme overclocking memory, it's made by crucial, though.

+Rep for all help.

CPU-Z most of the time or never detect the right vcore that you see in your BIOS.

Your 667 RAM maybe holding you back, but I don't know about it.

The default RAM voltage on your board is 1.8v. Your RAM maybe lacking voltages?

Is your RAM divided by 2.0?

Im not sure what you mean by my RAM being divided (im new to this stuff), but I can tell you that my Clock to ram ratio is 4:5 if that helps.

If you head into M.I.T, you should see System Memory Multiplier. If that's still on Auto, make it 2.0. And I think that should put you at 1:1.

No problemo.

I didn't know a 667 RAMs can overclock that far.
