At 3.15Ghz I get low 20's with one stick of RAM (no dual channel, worth a good 1-1.5 second) and a very crippled board.

I'll let you know when I get my board back

BTW -- you're at very very low volts and hitting 55C? On that chip, that's screaming somethings wrong. Remount or something.

Stock HSF?

It's 51C.. Upper 40's but this is a torture environment.

Case sides on, no case / side fans only one small exhaust.
No AC / No windows open..

I am actually a bit sweaty...

With the AC on I get 48C load.

1.15v.. stock hsf w/ AS5.

In bios I get: 30-32C
In windows idle 22-23
Small load 30-35

REALLY high load 48-50C

Torture conditions 51-55C.

TAT is 15C higher so at 55C it's really high and I set my board to auto shutdown at 60C.

coretemp 95 and tat = right

Edit: not sure about coretemp .95 but .95.4 is accurate for e2140's your -15c off.
