I'm confused!

I have an E2140 and was told that speedfan was wrong, and to use Coretemp.

I have been using 0.95 to read temps, witha Tjunction of 100C.
Is this right? Or should the TJunction be 85C (Should I use 0.94?)

Good choice!

And forget about core temps completely because nobody(Intel) has defined what is the acceptable range for them. Just pretend they're not even there and your stress level will drop accordingly.

E2160's constantly tab out at 3.6Ghz. E2140's usually are only good to about 3.2Ghz.

Go higher.

Translation: E2160's constantly tab out at 100% overclock. E2140's usually are only good to about 100% overclock.
