I just realized that the charts don't mean a whole lot without knowing the multiplier. Or am I missing something?

It does not matter, the FSB wall would be the same no matter what the multiplier is.

So it seems the Conroes are the only chips without walls then huh...

That's ok; OCed, the 21x0 chips are still the best bang for your buck.

well these are still conroes but they have 1mb l2 cache. the new celerons are also conroes but have only one core and 512kb of l2 cache

Well actually the E2100 series are Allendales. The Celeron 420-440 are Conroe-Ls. I think he just meant that the 4MB Conroes don't seem to have a FSB wall. By the way have you tried out your Celeron 420 yet?
