My previous statement is incorrect. I am able to make it pass 402 now. Vista doesn't like but works fine in XP. The coretemp reads 39c for core 0 and 36c for core 1 which is lot cooler than Vista. In Vista, it reads reads 46c for core 0 and 47c for core 1. I don't know why. Right now, it has been 20 minutes under prime95. Let's see how long it can last.

It lasted about 1 hour under prime95. I shut it down because I could not wait to see how far it can goes. So I was able to reach 409 but only last 5 minutes in Vista and 15 minutes in XP. It seems something to do with ram timing. I thought 5-5-5-15-45-15-9-12-5-5 can satisfy but I have to change to 4-4-4-12-30 -10 -7-8-3-3. So, 409 may not be the fsb wall for batch number Q706A266. I will try something else tonight.

i can boot at 359, but in windows i can set it to 363

I was able to run some stress tests at 9*409 and only last 20 mins. It shows blue screen and something to do with ram.
