well, idk about you but I never use floppy's and it just takes up that much power...also in power supplies the watts don't matter as much as the +12v rails, it doesn't say the size of the 12v rails on the last one you mentioned though, so its probably not good...

The PSU is very important part of the PC and EZCOOL 700W ? Whats the 12v rails at hopefully 18-20A at least. What about a E2140, 2GB oF RAM, and a 7600GT. DX10 isnt ver logical for this build and please ditch the floppy drive.
