Here's some reviews I would recommend that are very helpful when deciding whether to go with a E2000 series CPU:

Legion Hardware: Conroe vs. Allendale vs. Conroe-L

X-bit labs: E2140 and E2160 review

Tom's Hardware: E2160 OCed to 3.2GHz review

I have a question. I see you added FSBV to your chart (I like the new look of the chart by the way ). Is there a difference between FSBV and NBV? In my BIOS my two chipset voltage options are called FSB and SPP (which I assume is the North and Southbridge). Is that right?

You are correct. I will remove the FSBV in next update. They will go into comments column. I will add your recommend links under your name. Thanks

Updated. The FSBV had been removed from the chart. Your links had been added to the links recommended section. Thanks for the suggestion

I got two rigs going now with 965P-DS3's, E2180's, 2x1gb 80MHz and 8800 GTS 320's.

One gets to 3.1GHz the other to 3.3GHz. the 3.1GHz requires way more voltage but runs cooler, while the 3.3GHz requires less but runs hotter...

With the GTS overclocked the 3.3GHz gets 10,550 in 3dmark06 and the 3.1GHz gets about 10,400.

I'm pretty impressed.

I'll do a full write up later, they are still stress testing. I just thought I would chime in with this.
