I decided to go with the Abit P35 Pro because I plan on gobbling up one of the q6600's when people decide to upgrade.

Abit Pro is a good board. I think you will like it. If you decide to update BIOS, use floppy disk is the best way to go. If you sue window flash menu, please download the latest flash menu from their web site first before do the update. The one in setup disk is usually outdated. Good luck on new build.

Don't have a floppy but there HAS to be a better way to flash the bios. I've never done it out of fear. The last things I have never done to a PC are Flash the bios and raid HD's. Both are scary and both require a floppy. I think I have see a guide on here somewhere showing how to bios flash without the floppy. I'll have to look for that if I have trouble with the 2180.

Just a small update to my E2140 rig Lins. I now have Crucial Ballstix RAM and the timings are now 4-3-3-8 1T 2.1V instead of 5-5-4-8 1T 1.8V!
Which made it possible for me to do a record SuperPI 1M run of 18.672 seconds for my rig (instead of the high 18s or low 19s I was getting with the other RAM)!

Thanks for updating the list, Lins, I really appreciate it!
The funny thing is the CPU came out of a Dell machine that had been upgraded (I bought it on eBay).
