Hi, I've overclock my CPU E2160 from 1.8 G to 2,2 Ghz, But I'm a little bit worry because PCI e frequency can't lock at 100MHz, it's also overclocked to 110 MHz, is that Ok? Please someone help me expalin this.

Probably want to keep it at or below 110MHz. Going much higher can cause issues with gfx cards and SATA drives/controllers. Going very high can cause data corruption and hardware failure.

Yea, and if you're running a 9600GT it OCs your GPU by 10%.
