I was surprised at how easily my chip climbed up to 2.8. I did some more testing, and at 1.4v, 10x multi, anything above 323MHz was unstable. Edit: Wait, I didn't adjust NB voltage any further... hmm

How well do these chips handle 1.5v, given adequate cooling? I'd like to push it further, but I'd like to have this cpu for a while.

Try 9x to how ot goes. I still have two. They work fine at 1.5v with good cooling. Sometime, I do 1.53v but just for bench.

I had a wall with a NB voltage of 1.35v. Have you checked your NB temps during stress testing? I bet you could raise it up to 1.4v and not worry about cooking the chip, that might give you a big boost in stability.
