That's pretty good for 365X9. Sicne you said it is similar to P5k, here is the quick run down. I don't have users manual with me so please check your bios. Pat attention your temp

1. Advance menu
Jumperfree configuration ->AI overclocking -> Manual
Jumperfree configuration ->Cpu ratio-> Manual 10
Jumperfree configuration ->FSB-> your number ?????
Jumperfree configuration ->PCI-E -> 100
Jumperfree configuration ->Ram timing-> Fill the first four and let the rest to auto
Jumperfree configuration ->Cpu speard spectrum-> Disabled
Jumperfree configuration ->PCIE speard spectrum-> Disabled
Jumperfree configuration ->Cpu voltage-> Start from stock.
Jumperfree configuration ->Ram voltage-> Start from 1.8v. Check your ram.
Jumperfree configuration ->FSB voltage-> start from 1.2v
Jumperfree configuration -NB-> Start from small. Don't increse it unless it needs.

Cpu configuration\ Cpu ratio -> 10
Cpu configuration\ c1E support ->Disabled
Cpu configuration\ CPU tm ->Disabled
Cpu configuration\ Intel speed stepping->disbaled
