I need to update my list. Several boards took out of the list.

For now, the only desktop processor from Intel boasting a 1600 MHz FSB is the yet to be released Core 2 Extreme QX9770 (3.2 GHz) but that didn't keep Asus from making sure quite a few of its motherboards are ready and willing to support that front-side bus. The list of boards that are 1600 FSB compatible and the BIOS versions that make it happen can be viewed below and it contains Intel G33, P35 and X38 boards but it doesn't include nForce 780i or X48 models, at least not yet.

Thanks again, I noticed theres 3dmark06, and superpi here are my results.

Idle temps vary from 12c-15c Load temps rise to about 35c

Hello all~!

Just got my QX9650 last Friday, loving it so far! Having trouble overclocking past 4.7GHz with my watercooling setup (damned bigwater), but that's almost a full GHz above my Q6600. The temperatures at 3.0GHz aren't great, but they don't go much higher under load, and don't go up a lot until 4.0...not bad. Can't wait until the QX9770 comes out.
