After 8 hour tests I found out I need 1.3374 to hit 3.64. At 1.4 I can't even hit 3.7. This is with supposedly great ram g.skillz 2gb ddr2-1000

BUT...we don't know how much of your result is motherboard / RAM related.

Well the point is, I CAN reach 4.0Ghz, but not without exceeding 1.36v VCore, which is the rec. max. If I'm having increase my Vcore to get to 4.0Ghz then it is likely not my motherboard.
