This E+ is very nice to use; it just lacks some Vcore; 1.77v actual is not enough. Also, the use of the 2-stager instead of the 3-stager has given me the opportunity to use greater FSBs... Dunno if the problem is the board or the chip.

M/B:ASUS P5B E+ P965C2 rev., Vcore, Vdroop, Vdimm mods
CPU:Intel Core Extreme QX9650 L739A643
CPU cooling:2 Stage Cascade "Petite Bertha"
Memory:Wintec PC2-8800 512MBx2
VGA:Jaton 7600GS
HDD:Western Digital 80GB
Power Supply:Antec TP 550W
Vcore: 1.864v(Bios) 1.76V(Actual)
Vdimm:2.61V(Actual)
FSB Termination Voltage:1.45v
NB Voltage:1.68V(Actual)
OS:Windows Server 2003

Here's a slight improvement of the 8M. Booted at 400FSB and then changed FED14036h and FED14037h offsets to improve memory stability.

And a very nice 32M ran at 'only' 5294MHz.

Booted at 441FSB and then changed almost all strap related offsets to improve bandwidth.

Here's the very last one... Using a modded 1333 strap and 2:3 to push up the RAM to 682MHz 5-5-5-12.

Tomorrow, I'll try on P35 with 4x1GB DDR3. P965 is history.
