Hey all. This is a list of those who have achieve the 3ghz oc on the P5N-E SLI with the Q6600. Each of the names are a link to the persons profile so you can pm them with questions.
Iam one of 3 (now 2) people on the forum that have achieved this. Its really rare to happen and is mostly luck as opposed to bios settings. But ill give you my bios stuff so you can try.
Vcore 1.3v +100mv
Nb 1.39 (or 1.56 mine runs better at 1.39 for some reason)
FSB unlinked
CPU 1333
RAM 800mhz
4-4-4-12 2T 2.25v
Im at school now but maybe I cant get some bios pics for you later

LOL you guys take off on the Intel MB and hope you do well with them. But, this is a thread for people who want a challenge (aka: don't have any money to spend on a new board
wow so these mobos are that bad huh? i just p/u a q6600 and got this board too i can still return the board but i'm doing my studying on it right now.
well if it can't really OC that well and only up to 3ghz that's a wasted effort on my end.i'm just gonna return the board and find a better OC'able mobo.
oh does this cover the p5n32-e sli model as well right? i have the 680i chipset in mines is this the board that we're talking about?
i got the quad for from the micro center sale so i made out like a bandit on the proc. i just bought the DFI dark on the egg and some ram and dd water block for the quad.
Only like 3 or 2 people here have gotten it to 3.0ghz.
When i try too oc my q6600 on it i cant even get past 2.66ghz.
Im gunna spend a couple hundred dollers soon on a new mobo, good that you are too.
Good luck though, and may god be with you :/
