Intel Xeon X3320 45nm Quad (With Pics!)
Hey!
__________________I just picked up my new CPU today, and it's a 45nm Quad  . It's the Xeon X3320, which is the Q9300 equivalent. It finally completes my build. I will build the PC in the next few days, overclock it, and post the results in this thread. Please post any benchmarks you would like me to run.Part One - Building The Thing (and installing Windows)  Day One (20 Mar 2008)  The Parts  Xeon Box  Box Label (It says 1.25V max, but that's a bit low for my taste.  ) CPU, HSF and Box  Manual  The CPU Itself Day Two (21 Mar 2008)  The Motherboard  CPU Locked In  Arctic Cooling MX-2 Applied  Heatsink (Ultima-90I) Screwed In  4GB Ballistix Locked In  Case Ready  Motherboard In  Everything Connected  The Front  The Test Bench  Lights!  Camera!  No Action  Day Three (22 Mar 2008)  The Temporary Processor (E2160)  CPU Info  CPU Closeup  CPU Installed  Updating BIOS (Finally!)  X3320 In & Take 2 - Lights! Camera!  Yay! We have action!  Memtesting  Installing Windows Day Four (23 Mar 2008)  CPU-Z Screenshots
