Wait?? Only 58C on the GPU? No problems there... that's normal Overlock that thing! Start getting worried with anything above 80C, and panic above 90C. Seriously.

And you're indeed massively underclocked. You ahve an E8400, which runs at 3.0GHz and an FSB of 333MHz stock. Your current FSB is 222MHz... which is only 2/3 of the stock FSB, resulting in only 2.0GHz for the CPU.
