nah not really keep what u've got unless u really want it.
If u really want an upgrade go for a E6550/E6600 or a E8400

if you overclock anything, i'd call it a downgrade :P e6400 has a 8x multiplier whereas the e2180 has a 10x multiplier.. i dont htink the 1mb cache difference will affect much

The e6400 can do decent clocks for a first gen c2d
The E2180 at 3.2 ghz gets similar 3dmark06 scores as my e6400 at 3.2, so just oc the e2180
