I'm sitting at 47c all cores only 2c above stock.

Under peak prime95 load I hit 64C according to realtemp. Idle temps are in the high 40's. This chip is rated up to 71.something celsius, and nothing ever loads as heavily as prime95, so I'm not worried about it. But of course I want to run at the minimum stable vcore.

Q9300@3.3GHz 24/7
I've hit my sweet spot just short of the FSB wall. Running 3.3GHz @1.280v read from CPUZ, set @ 1.3000 in BIOS. FSB is @ 440 MHz, much higher and it gets flaky. Maybe more voltage would help, but I want 24/7 reliability. I was shooting for 3.0GHz and ended up much higher.

If I show up late to work a couple of times because I stayed up way too tweaking and benchmarking, do I have a problem?

I am new to overclocking. I have been reading through all of the posts here looking for answers. I am running this rig completly on auto @3.0GHz but I am sure that I can get better results manually. TO be honest I dont even know where to begin, I have tried some adjustments in BIOS with not so good results, (BSOD, Boots that lock when XP starts, etc). Can I get some help from you all? TY in advance!~!
