Is it possible to push my E2180 from 3.4 to 3.6 its running at 1.496v [340*10] .. other specs are below.

Hmm 1.49v is really starting to push it for air cooling. You won't see many e2xxx series at 3.6ghz stable unless you were lucky and got one of the older/better batches of the L2s or some of the better m0s. What are your temps at that voltage btw?
