So IMO, it comes down to this. Keep the E2180 and get the MP3 player that you know you want, and stay pretty happy with your computer. Or, keep the E8400, be disappointed that you don't have the MP3 player, and see a tiny boost in performance from your computer, but probably not in Crysis. I'd do the MP3 player but that's just me, everyone else seems to think you'll like the small bump in CPU performance more than the MP3 player. I guess ultimately, it's up to you.

honestly I would say keep the e8400 IF you can save up to get the mp3 player you want. and honestly I dont think you need a $200 mp3 player... I have a touch with only 8 gigs and 8 gigs is more then enough for music, only reason I own a touch is for my online posting when my comp is down, but for only music I would get a small ipod.

I can't imagine myself using anything more than a 3 ghz Pentium Dual Core but since you're trying to play games like Crysis, I think you should keep the E8400 and OC it

The E8400 beats the E2120 by alot actually E8400 is stock at 3.0Ghz which makes it overlocker able past 4.0Ghz and it has a 6MB cache in stead of a 2mb cache that your e2120 has, i got my E8400 up tp 4.4ghz which is amazing i had a E6600 before and got that up to 3.6Ghz, but if i was you keep the E8400 and sell you e2140.
