Default E8300 Getting read by Coretemp?

Muy mum just got a Dell Vostro 200 Slim Tower, I'm going to swap out the E8300 she got for free with me E2180 (She doesn't even need a Celeron), but I'm concerned about the temperatures, according tj.Max of 105c, is this right? Because it seems a bit high, my E2180 idles around 35-40c (But doesn't load above 45c, what's up with that?), with a ambient of about 22-25c, so the 45nm seems a bit high...

I was wondering if Coretemp reads the Penryn CPU's right, and if my E2180 should be right in this hot Dell...

For 45nm chips use Real Temp instead.

Don't know about the Dell.
