Default e2140 not stable @ 3.0ghz

Hello i having a hard time keep my comp stable at 3.0ghz with e2140. I was able to boot to windows and login, but i go play a game it restarts at random. My current fsb is 360 and seems very stable. I have everything at stock except my DRAM Frequency which i believe is 866.

Currently this is my cpuz:

Any suggestions on what i should do to keep a stable 3.0ghz overlclock?

Drop your ram speed down a notch, up your ram voltage to 2.1v

Bump your vCore to 1.425v

I need 1.45v to get 3.2ghz stable. So maybe set vcore to 1.45v just to find out. Make sure the RAM is not overclocked (yet) - Infact slightly underclocked would be preferable - find the section for RAM divider. What is the default spec of your RAM.

Just find your ram speed and set it to about 667mhz, that will give you headroom to overclock.

yeah do what penicilyn and coffeejunky wrote, and maybe up one notch for MCH and FSB termination voltage, see if itsstable enough for gaming, i'm lucky that my chip can do 3.4 at only 1.4v but i use 3.0 for 24/7
