i tried 3.2 on stock volts and i can't even get into windows,if i bump the voltage to 1.3925 i get stability but temps skyrocket in prime95 100% load Small FFT's(about 67ºc).

Got my B3 @ 2.8 GHz at 1.165 VCore, Stock CPU Cooler , load temps are a little high but idle seems fine. Gotta go get myself a Core-Contact Freezer :P. Ignore that it says 1.8ish GHZ thats my chipsets auto underclock (lowers multiplier to 6)
