Sorry I don't run in the ultra nerd circles so I just havn't come across these numbers before for this CPU specifically.

All the money that you spent on cooling could have gone into better hardware. But I see that's not your thing. You are one of those guys that likes to play with old/cheap hardware and see how far he can push it. Hey, I can appreciate that.



And no, I'm not into hardcore benching as my rig is game focused. I thought that was pretty obvious.

Yes the Zalman is not the bestest cooler in the world, but it doesn't suck completely. I am looking at other options right now and it was my first time building a rig and I was completely new to the whole OC'ing game. Still am.

The speed in your sig of course. 3.7GHz. No way it's below 70C unless you have your rig outside in the cold or something.

had to drop back to 3.2ghz as ive modded my case and fitted a new window etc... and well it increased temps by 4c on load and idle and i didnt want to risk it :-/
