What is your Vcore and VTT at 4.0 ? I changed Voltage of Ram and VID Special Add (Its Vcore):
DRAM Voltage: 2.0V
Vid Special add: +87.5mV

and its still stability after 1 hours 10 minutes. (priority 9) I think it is good. I will change Vcore later to have little temps.

I have a noise in my computer too haha. It makes a little small knocking noise (might be hard drive though).

i have cpu voltage set at 1.31v (will check my other settings later as im at work at moment)
