I have the option to set at .5 clock. I have the options of 6, 7, 7.5, 8. I have an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 Infinitegrim, for the record.

Should I boot windows first? If i just clock it to 7.5, it stays at 6. Keep in mind Windows still reads the processor at its stock setting. I have Vista Ultimate X64 BTW.

Hmm. This is Interesting... I've been doing soft reboots on my computer through bios and windows and it has been starting. However, now, when i did a hard restart, the PC is not coming up again.

Fixed. I checked my memory and realized it was in single channel (DERP), changed it, and when i did, the issue was resolved.
