http://img77.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ocprobvx0.jpg

My settings in the bios are 375MHz FSB x8 Multiplier , and its posts fine with those settings. But it dosnt show up in windows. Speedstep and all that crap is disabled. These settings worked fine before, but i performed a CHKDSK today and after that i noticed this.

I figured you had a Gigabyte DS3L or some other P35 board. They are known to get stuck in a fail safe boot where your bios settings reflect your overclock, but what actually loads is the fail safe bios settings. I dont know if you reset the CMOS by "restoring defaults" in bios or actually shorted the pins, So I will tell you anyways. What you need to do is Clear Cmos by shorting the jumper (see manual) near the battery. Power down the system first. The normal state is open, so just touch the tip of a screwdriver to both pins to short and clear the bios.
