I'm sorry, but what are you spending $900 on video cards and only $75 on your memory? And why only a dual-channel kit?
For the heatsink, get a TRUE. Black, regular, Copper. It doesn't really matter. I'd also get a Scythe Kaze to stick on it.

Hmm... You going WC or not?
With a 2k+ rig I would... PSU: Corsair 1000HX Heatsink: TRUE, or the IFX thing... Also, if I were 16, I would be saving up for college or something...

Screw college. I never went and I turned out OK. Actually, I plan on starting next August. Thank you, new GI bill.

By the time you get that money saved up there will be much better things on the market.

I don't know about much better. Chances are there would be much better processors. Chances are there won't be much better memory. Chances are there won't be much better motherboards. Chances are there won't be much better power supplies. Chances are there won't be much better hard drives.
About the only component I expect to improve over the next four or so months is his project video card. My advice: save every last penny until you have enough to buy everything at once. If you see a great deal along the way, don't be afraid to spend the money. The last components I would buy are your processor, video card and memory. Price seems to drop more often with those components than any other. I doubt the price of your power supply will change much between now and February or March. The price on cases are pretty static as well. Hard drives come down in price a little, but not as quickly as the three components I mentioned earlier. Also, don't be afraid to buy used components. It's a great way to save money.
