Default A 16 year olds dream(soon to be reality):i7 step up plan and execution

I will update this thread every few days and let you know what progress I have made. I will be posting a resume in a few days for fellow ocners to help review

1st step: whats gonna be in the rig and what will it cost

Intel Core i7 940 2.93GHz=720.99
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16819115201

GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD5 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard=350
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16813128362

(3)GeForce GTX 260s(EVGA)=900 dollars
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16814130370
G.SKILL 3GB (3 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231224

200 dollar trisli ready psu(need recommendation from you guys ,newegg.ca or other reliable site )

100 dollar heatsink(also need recommendation from you guys, any site)

Coolmaster STACKER =300
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16811119103

Total = 2700 (+/- 100)

Step 2:Get a job
I need to find a job that pays 8 dollars after taxes.I will work 3 hours a day minimum on weekdays, and 15 hours on the weekend. Total hours for each week= 30 . x8 dollars each hour =240 each week. Each month = 960, so it will take approximately 3 months to acquire the funds. Also I will most likely have spare cash for upgrades/ folding rig. After that ill work alot less, but enough to help mum with the electricity bills

Step 3:Enjoy the rig

The inspiration

(i7)

trisli

I know. Hopefully it will be my last rig for the next years to come, just need to get parts with lifetime warranty or extended warranty(3 years and up). Theres a reason I'm keeping such an expensive rig away from watercooling (dont want any mishaps).

i lust for that first pic

great idea, but why go for an extreme edition i7 when a non extreme edition one can save you most of a month's cash back and make it take less time for you to actually get the rig?
