Seriously guys... i just changed from P5Q-E to UD3P, and i have to say "IT MAKES A HELLUVA DIFFERENCE!"

Running the same 471x8.5 frequency as on Asus (24/7) only at lower voltage! Used to be 1.352V LOAD (1.344V IDLE) while the G-byte runs 1.31V both LOAD and IDLE!!!
I must say i am amazed... And i think i can probably lower them a bit more in the next few days...

Can probably run 4.25ghz 24/7 easy on G-byte... Asus kept bugging out at everything over 475mhz FSB!

The board is amazing, and well worth the trade off i did - (P5Q-E + E5200) for (UD3P),don't feel sorry a bit

Hey, glad that you are getting such great results with your motherboard.

I actually think that I am going to reoverclock from scratch, to get things more optimal (I did the overclock below in less than an hour, so voltages are higher than they should be).

Thats great news! I was leaning toward building a new Phenom 2 955 system but I guess I'll just upgrade to a Q9550 since I already have a great board.

That is sounding about right, when I booted up into my Bios I was sitting at about 30C. With a TJ maxx of 95c I am getting temp readings of 31-33c, so you may be right.

so tonight i open my door and its quuite cool outside ! so i put a fan to make my room cooler . i noticed this on my temps. (im using everest).

my vcore is set at 1.264 according to cpuz. the temps are fine! im happy with them!! and for it to be a quad oc'd i guess the temps are beast lol lol BUT im quite confused how the temp diffrence between the cores are huge? is this normal? do i need to reseat ? during load times the temps are the same with 1-2degree differnce but right now its just @_@?

EDIT right now the temps on core1 and 2 are at 31 degrees while 3 and 4 are sittig on on 39

just run intel burn 3x on maximum and the temps go to 58 with a 1-2 degree diffrence on cores. i think thats normal. im just worried about idle temps. lol 8 degree diffrnce? that cud be wrong no? lol
