Hehe I'm using a TRUE setup with a kaze also. Was using 2 kazes in push/pull but the push doesn't fit now that I have 8GB ram installed.

Mobo has no PLL option,
options are: CPU V (1.4) FSB V (1.35) Mem V (1.65) -G.skill default MCH V (1.45) -Northbridge SPP V (1.6) -Southbridge Ive just got it at 3.8 with 1.4vcore, passes 20loop High stress on IntelBurn test and can run 6hrs small loop Prime95. As soon as i run a blend test it will fail within 5 minutes (Rounding error) im going to try put another .5 on the northbridge tonight to see if thats the holdup.

EDIT
__________________so only with blend? Try to clock down mem and run blend test again. FYI i had a Asus Maximus Extreme X38, very expensive board wich ran perfectly with a q6600. When i got a 9550 the board "sucked", i could not get it passed 3.8ghz. The problem was exactly like yours. Only the blend test failed. As i tried every OC option there is i sold that board For the Asus Maximus Extreme it was a problem, i hope your x48 rampage can handle it.Have u checked the asus forum? Its very helpfull mostly

The fact that you got the overclock stable with command rate 1N is pretty stellar. Nice overclock. 1.25v is pretty low for 3.9 too.
