Try to test with just 1 memory module and see if you can get higher OC. I doubt too much vcore will cause instability, 1.296v is not much

I don't know if my mobo or my cpu's broken but no matter what i set it it doesn't go above 1.296v in cpu-z unless i set it to 1.38 then it's 1.34v in cpu-z. Which is somewhat not a nice thing because if i increase the vcore then it's just plain silly cuz i'm not actually increasing the vcore i'm increasing the temps for no reason

I might try fine tuning my voltage.
__________________Its at 1.3 in the bios, 1.28 in windows. I was able to boot @ 1.25 Bios/1.12 Full load with 3.9, but got errors. I didn't know how much of a difference vdroop made. I lowered the voltage from 1.3 to 1.293 or something around there, and it lowered the windows voltage from 1.28 to 1.264 edit : damn, rounding error in prime95 after a minute..sucks because the only step up from 1.264 is 1.28

You still have some free voltages to go. As long as youre within the safe zone go for it. 1.28v @3.9 and windows boots? My comp doesn't even start with those settings

yes. so far when you enable LLC, you are stick with some fixed vcore, 1.248 / 1.264 / 1.280 / 1.296 / 1.312 / 1.328

I'm having problems..
__________________Whenever I do BLEND in prime95 i get a rounding error nearly instantly (like 2 seconds in) i have run small fft for 6 hours successfully and i just turned it off after that.. what does a rounding error mean? someone told me it might be because my ram is overclocked to get 1:1? my ram voltage is 2.1
