This link goes to the page showing the voltages they measured. Of course it's for a different CPU, but I'm going to try and decipher what I can from it now, and see what happens. The highest stable I've been able to get so far is 388x8.5. Judging by this table, I need to go higher with the voltages. It just keeps rebooting/crashing on me.
I don't know if this will help you at all, but i was having a problem where i couldnt get above 2.93, what i did is set my multi to 8 instead of 8.5 and now i have it at 3.73 on the x8 instead of 8.5, and i think im at 1.25 volts

Set vcore to 1.35, FSB Termination voltage to 1.34 and FSB voltage to 1.34.

Put the RAM to 2.00 of the FSB (should be 1:1 with FSB at that point), and then go for 450 FSB

What do you have your VTT (aka FSB termination voltage) set to? I ask because through my own research and personal experience I've found that too much VTT can cause instability just like too little. For example on my rig right now I have the following voltage settings for 3.8 GHz:

CPU voltage 1.33
VTT voltage 1.32
SB/CPU PLL 1.51 (default)
MCH (northbidge) 1.55
GTL ref 0/2 0.667x (default)
GTL ref 1/3 0.667x (default)

With the settings above I've passed initial stability testing (20mins Prime95 blend). However, with VTT set to 1.33 (and all other settings the same) I actually had a failure on the 3rd core in less than a minute and a half. With the VTT at 1.34 and up my system still posts but I cant make it into Windows.

Anyway, I just thought I'd share my findings with you. I hope it helps.

if you get a rounding error its probably northbridge or VTT
