Ok i've done it again but this time i installed latest dx10 and i've lowered my Vcore a little bit...

I give up with prime stability. I ran intelBurn Test (x64) for 5 runs, and it passed. It's been rendering a 3D scene for about an hour, no probs. I'll just be happy with that I think. (400x8.5)

I could probably take my Vcore down a bit, or increase FSB a tad.

Though something tells me I've got some bogus sensors: the SYSTIN temp (as per hardware monitor) has a min of -53, max of 41. CPUTIN has min of 1c, max of 60c.

CPU temps maxed at 68 during IntelBurn, but only 52 doing 3D rendering (which is all this machine will be doing).

well i just had a rerun of Prime 95 for 64bit processors.. and guess what it stopped at 2 Hours exactly no BSOD but software asking to shutdown

My temps hit 65 during the test but they were running on 58-55 during some parts of the test.

I don't know what's going on wrong..

try 25 runs of LinX if you have good cooling

What options and values do you have available for GTL ref? You may have to adjust those. I did for my current oc. I had to set the following values to stabilize my CPU:
CPU voltage: 1.345
VTT to 1.325
GTL ref 0/2: 667x
GTL ref 1/3: 648x

With the above settings I can complete 10 passes of LinX without issue. I'm still tweaking my OC so I haven't tested any further yet.

i did memtest on auto timings they were 5-8-8-20 and it passed then i did again on the new set ones 5-6-6-18 and it passed as well.

I don't know what i can tweak else.. and i don't know why prime exactly fails at 2 Hrs :S

Just got mine to 3.93GHz on my new RMAed 750i FTW. Unfortunately CPU-Z refuses to validate me for some bizarre reason (may be Windows 7 relate).

Your CPU Termination is too high. I read somewhere to try to keep it .1 below your vCore. So leave it at 1.225
