Only 1.14V needed for 64-bit stability at 3.5GHz and it runs cools as a cucumber. These temps were achieved using only one CPU fan running at 1600rpm. This is a great chip! It's put some life back in this old P5B Deluxe. I'm going to keep running this motherboard until it dies or I jump to I7.

Hi all, just had to RMA my M/B(on board nic reporting network cable unplugged) so not tried to O/C my Q9550 yet, cant wait to get it back and have a go,from reading your posts it looks like I finally got a very good CPU

By the way should I stick with the P5q-em or should I go for the P5q-e??
