Unhappy New RAM.. And BSOD even stock!?

I couldn't buy from newegg or anything so I just settled for G.SKILL DDR-1000 4Gbs of RAM..

I reset my OC and nothing worked!!! A very simple OC that I could reach before ( 310x10 ) didn't even work, It posted but the screen wouldn't even show up.

I went down to stock and I keep BSOD'ing about 5-20 seconds into the WinXP loading screen..WHY!?....

I'm running memtest at the moment and it's 30% done no errors.. I tried swapping the RAM from beside eachother to both yellow slots etc. But to no avail >_>

Any clue..? Should I up the voltage on my CPU/NB just to get it to work..? I tried alot of things just to be able to run it at 3.0 such as vCore -> 1.425V..

I'll try running 1:1 when my memtest86 finishes..

Are you setting the memory voltage correctly in bios?

Yeah.. I set it to 2.0/2.1v which was recommended.

I can officially boot @ 300x10.. but not 310x10 like my old crappy RAM?

Further, Even with that hacked BIOS ( mBIOS or something from Kez.. ) My RAM seems to read as only 800 isntead of DDR1000..

+1GHz is pretty good for that.. so I'll just buy a new processor. ( E8400 ) and OC with that.. I give up on changing 34920394 things and screaming at my monitor

I had this issue wqith my p5q also, it detects timings all wrong. Manually set your timings and voltage to the recommended specs of your sticks
