first m8

Radiator - ThermoChill PA120.3
Pump/res - Laing DDC - 1Plus (18W) - PRO - RES
CPU blok - D-TEK FuZion V2 CPU/heatkiller3?
VGA Blok - EK - FC4870 CF - Acetal
Slange - Tygon R-3603 - 12,7/19mm - ½" (12mm)
Fittings - DD
cooling fluid = Feser One Cooling Fluid

sounds about right?

Looks good!!

I would get the heat killer if budget permits.
I would just use Materkleer and use anti kinks if needed.
Feser one is good but you could also use Pt nuke and distilled and some dye if you want.
And a res/top for the DDC
Put some Yate Loons on the PA.

Looking at your settings, may I suggest lowering your voltages on some of the settings (Cpu pll, etc).
They may be giving you a higher temp when you don't really need them to be that high for a stable o'clock.
If a blend test fails its your memory or NB needing more juice.
The vcore does not need to be adjusted or raised when a blend test fails.
I'd set the Vcore back down to 1.32 or even less if it passes a small fft test.
I use P95 and run both blend and small fft to test for mem./Nb and cpu stability respectively.
Hope you can trim the settings on your overclock and lower those temps.
And of course lower temps usually mean more headroom to overclock.
good luck.
Hello

I lowered my vcore to 1.3 this morning and upped my NB significantly to about 1.48 and have finally found some stability. You're right about the unnecessary temperatures, I'm hitting ~61 highest atm which isn't great for only a 33% OC considering the V8 cooler is quite good. If it's stable at 4005MHz I'm going to continue raising the clock but leaving the vcore and PLL as they are for as long as I can.

By the time I next see my computer it should be after about 14 hours of stressing, here's hoping she's still chugging along happily

One strange thing I've noticed is even when it fails a 2 hour blend test I've still been gaming on it without any issues, GTA IV, Crysis etc, games that were very crash-prone with my OC'd E8200.

Thanks for the tip about using a combination of small ffts & blend tests, it's something that's only recently occurred to me so I'll definitely start incorporating it into my testing 'regimes'
