Thanks man. We already ordered a new PSU (700W OCZ GamerXtreme) and I told him not to use the computer anymore until it comes. I am really hoping it didn't mess anything else up. The shutting down was for sure due to the heat. I hooked an old air hockey table fan up to the side of his case just to see if some HUGE air flow would get the temp down and make the computer usable and it did. We ran it for several hours without it turning off. But that PSU has got to go.

Alright, I just popped in the new PSU and Speedfan is still reading the +12v at 9.5.
What the heck... Speedfan is messed up maybe? EDIT: OK, BIOS is reading the +12V at 12.08 so everything is cool there, must be speedfan. Now... what is with this heating problem all of the sudden? Anyone have any ideas? I am just going to buy some Arctic Silver tomorrow and re-seat the HSF and see if that helps.
