Ok, I only know the very basics of overclocking, and I've been looking through the Bios, and now I want to overclock. But when I changed the FSB to about 370 and the multiplier to 9, and I rebooted, my computer would just shut itself down and turn back on, repeat 3 times and then boot into the OS.

yea
when u overclock and save. your system will reboot itself. and will boot up if the clocks are acceptable. if not it will keep rebooting and will reset teh cmos after 3 tries. and the e7200 can do a 9x400 easliy on that motherboard. just set teh fsb to 400 and teh ram to 2.0 divider. and set the voltage to 1.2v. then u are good to go. p43 isan alright chipset.

Umm, how would I do the "ram to 2.0 divider" part? It doesn't say in BIOS...

Ok, I got the it to be 333x9, with 1.3V and the rams set to 2.1V, but whenever I got to the OS, it would just freeze.

setting the ram divider is somewhere in the same menu as where u overclock. some boards say 2.00 some say 400mhz. take a pic of the bios menu.

try to keep your ram closest to 800mhz... and loosen your ram timings to 5-5-5-15. then keep your ram voltage 1.9v.

Sorry for not replying guys. But a few minutes ago, I used toddalex4 & pcguy5's advice and now my computer runs at 3.0GHz stably. Is there anyway to bump it up a bit more? To maybe 3.5GHz at least?
EDIT: K, now I set it to 400x9, and it seems pretty stable. I'm also using pcguy5 ram timings at a voltage of 2.1V and I set the cpu voltage to 1.325V. Everything seems pretty good, and now running SuperPi and temps are reading 42C-54C. EDIT EDIT: Now, for some reason, when I try and bump up the Fine CPU Clock Ratio to +0.5, it won't boot into windows. Should I bump up the voltage? If I do, which one? CPU vcore or DRAM? EDIT: When I set the Fine Cpu Clock ratio to 0.5+ with 400 (so thats 400x.05) and up the voltage to 1.35v, I got a BSOD. What should I do? Edit: Wow, I BOSD on 3.6GHz, so it's acually not stable. Do I up the voltage?
