hey, i'm looking to get the antec 900 with an ASUS P6T X59 motherboard for my new i7 system. From what I've been reading, the Noctua NH-U12P seems like the best value for a CPU fan/heatsink, but i'm concerned about size. I don't have any of the parts yet so i can't measure...will the cooler fit on there and still allow me to keep the 900's fan on the side?

From what Ive seen ( I have the case as a radiator & pump wc enclosur, but not the cooler) you will need to cut or remove the plastic window. There are fan clips that will be in the way, so you can either dremel off the side fan clips or remove the window .

Probably.

Is the Noctua still my best bet, or are there any smaller ones that would cool well if I overclock the i7 and allow me to keep the side fan in?
