Default BSOD: Memory Dump 100% Complete: Am I almost there?

My specs: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 2.50GHz, MSI P7N SLI FI, 4GB DDR2-800, 250GB SATA II, DVDRW, Dual 9800GTX-SLI, Gigabit LAN, 600W, Vista Home Premium 64-bit

I have read online that if the memory dump BSOD gets to 100% and freezes then I'm close to feeding the right voltages. I'm trying to go to 3.0. Here are mine currently. Any advice on what to up next:

CPU VCore: 1.32, 31 degrees C
Memory is linked, EIST, D.O.T. and spread spectrum disabled
Memory Voltage: 2.1
FSB: 1.4
NB: 1.2
SB: 1.5

Thanks. I feel like I'm close! If this doesn't work, is an overclock to 2.8 even worth it?

Every little bit of OC is good as far as i'm concerned. Even if all you can achieve is 2.8, go for it.

Default power supply

Sorry can't say specifically what power supply... purchased from Cybertron PC if that helps. Should it make a difference?

Default Q9300 Won't go over 2.6

Well, I hit my FSB wall: 2.6 even upping the voltage to 1.3. Perhaps I have a bum chip?

Agree a OC is a OC as long as it is fully stable 24/7.
