So the max temp is 60.1C, but my current 100% load is around 65C...
and it did went up to 79C in previous OC!!

Well, it's a good range to go by. These are TCase which does not have an active sensor. The sensors are actually die readings. The proc will most likely handle more, but if you are getting close to that range you want to start paying close attention. You should also read ChickenInferno's thread. All this temperature and voltage info really is confusing. Intel intended it to be so. Though, the more we study the better understanding we can have on these issues.
