ya it should be 1333Mhz Fsb to get 3.0Ghz (if you leave the multiplier on 9x)
Also, just to make sure, manually set your multiplier on 9x, instead of auto, and turn off all power saving features (ie IntelSpeedStep)

Based on the pics from this site: P5NE-SLI Bios
Go to the Extreme Tweaker page 1. Set AI Tuning to Manual 2. Go to the System Clocks page and set it to 100/100/100/Auto 3. Go to the FSB & Memory Config page and set Unlinked, and set FSB of 1333 and Memory of 800 4. Go to the Overclocking page and set Multiplier to 9, and then set everything else like this 5. Go to the Over Voltage page, and set VCore to 1.40 (and if that works, later you can try slowly reducing it so you don't draw so much power/produce that much heat) and set Memory Voltage to whatever your ram is rated for (you have to be more detailed on the type of ram you have) See if that works.

you shouldnt need to if you are running your ram at 800Mhz, and it is rated for that. You have to figure out what your ram is rated for in terms of memory timing.

Your board is fine. What you need to do is set your Vcore to 1.4v and your RAM to it's rated voltage. Then put in 333mhz x 9.

333 bus speed = 1333QDR so yes.
