ok some update I was able to get it work at 3.8Ghz stable but CPU was getting in the 90 degree and didn’t like that Vcore was at 1.425.

So this is what I did I think my biggest problem was the load line Calibration.

I put that enabled
Changed in to Turbo mode so it will work at 21X
Put the BKL so it shows as 3.6 GHz
Cpu Vcore to 1.3125

I was able to get MUCH lower temp with the Turbo on so it will be at 21X

System test passed with temp at MAX 80 degrees at 100% load. This is what it looks like now

cpu X20
BCKL at 175
Turbo ENABLED
Multi T Enabled
cpu enhanced disabled
C3/C6 Disabled
performance standard
Virtualization is Enabled
qpi tried auto and X36
uncore tried 3400
System memory Multi 8 so its at 1520 my ram is XSMS-3 pc 1600
Dram timing auto 8 8 8 24
Dram voltage at 1.64 and tried auto
load live calib ENABLED
cpu V core 1.33125
QPI at AUTO <<== if I touch this system doesn’t post
CIA2 Disabled

With this configuration in CPU-Z I have 3675Mhz so im happy now. System Property shows 3.5Ghz though im not sure if its at 3.5 or 3.675Ghz

Thanks guys
