I was using some cheapo G.Skill 800mhz, which (after adding +.5v for a total of 2.3v) made it up to 1070mhz.

Wow, they held up eh? 24/7? That's pleasing because I'm sure my Ballistix will cope at high volts but I haven't dared try it till now. The furthest I've pushed the CPU is 1.425 as well so glad to know I can go higher

Hmm, this is 24/7 I am looking for btw I just noticed you said it is for unstable as well. I don't think it will go far past 3.5Ghz and stay stable, or will it...

to Unstabilizer:

I have an e6320 on meh secondary comp... its got a sweet vid of 1.125 only thing is though its on a intel p.o.s mobo. I have a evga 750i I'm going to be putting in it as soon as I get a new psu (current one doesnt have 8pin connector for mobo ) But I'm sure i can run 1.5-1.6v on it 24/7 w/o causing any damage. I'll keep you guys posted as I will be going for the highest e63xx oc on the forums here soon .

Shooting for 3.6-4ghz I'm hoping that it will be able to get that high, I think its definitely doable as well with the low vid.

Oh, nope that was just a see-how-high-I-can-get run. I wouldn't run at more than 2.1v 24/7.

CPU volts, you're fine up to 1.5v as long as you don't mind a little shorter CPU life and you can keep temps under control. 1.5v won't insta-kill a 65nm CPU tho.

I've had my q6600 @ 1.75v on air... now mind you idle temps were like 55c and forget about stress testing but its not gonna fry it on the spot. And yes that was the actual vcore as well I have teh pencil mod on meh 780i (did it alil to well) it overvolts alil bit under stress ~.05v
