Default E7400 voltages

Hi everybody,
I have this e7400 currently at 3.5 (333*10,5) 1.3625 V (BIOS) on a p5q-e
1,24v on the NB
1,1v on the SB
by now my mems (G.Skill PI 1000) are 800 5-5-5-15 1,94v untill i get the cpu maxed out
im not happy with the vcore. Is that 1,36 vcore normal? i thought i would hit 3,5 nearly 1,3-1,31v
should i raise the nbcore a little? the fsb termination?
also, ddr800 is too low for this mems.
as i wont run them 1:1 i would like to run them at the manufacturer rated 1000mhz, but to do so i need to either raise the fsb strap to 400 or down it to 266. is there a problem with that? it dont seem to be stable if a change the strap from 333 to either 266 or 400. NB requires that much voltage increase to work with this straps?

Could you please go to User CP @ the top of each page and fill out the "system" so we can better see what you have? Your V-core is fairly high . You could probably lower it if you raise the VTT (FSB Term) and NB up from stock. What is the correct voltage for your RAM?

my ram are rated 2.0~2.1 at 1000mhz but for now they are 1,94 800mhz 5-5-5-15 until i solve the issue with the vcore and fsb strap
i already raised the nbcore from 1.1 to 1.24v

I have a E7400 on a P5Q vanilla.
Mine is running 3.6ghz 400X9
vcore 1.362 bios 1.345 actual
nb 1.28
vtt 1.20
vdimm 2.1

my ram is ocz platinum running at 1066mhz

you probably will not be able to run a 266 front strap because the NB timing will be to low. You should be able to run a 400mhz front strap which will let you run the ram 1 to 1. I leave my front strap setting on auto and set them ram speed where I want it. With a 400 fsb I can run exactly 1066 which is my stock ram speed. The lower your fstrap is set the faster your computer will seem. However to low and it will probable not even boot. That is why I set mine on auto and then adjust the speed of my ram. It should pick the lowest possible fstrap when you do this.

I don't know if you will be able to lower your vcore. I tried everything to lower mine but could not get stable. I wouldn't worry though. It is perfectly safe as long as your temps are not to high.

tanks. it wont boot on 266 strap, but i thought 400 would be much more easy and stable, but dont. it boot, but is completely unstable with 1.22 on nbcore
