What is the difference between the C0 and the D0 steeping on the i7's. I see the D0's are more money so i assume they are better oc'ers than the C0?

They need less voltage for higher overclocks.
__________________also they seem immune to the 20x multi issue that some owners have experienced with asus boards and the C0 920's Its quite a large difference. I only need 1.24 vcore to be stable at 4ghz (20x200). If you check other owners here, most of them need upwards of 1.4 vcore as soon as they go past 3.8 ghz.

It is definitely worth even $50 difference IMO. The only people claiming there is no difference are the C0 owners. But the reviews on the D0 are showing what Robilar has stated, better OCs with less voltage.
