Default core i7 vs q9650
credit card points!!! i can get a q9650 and put my q6600 in my parents computer or i can be selfish and buy an i7 and ram then buy a mobo with the money i made from the old platform.
p.s iz wantzz ghzzz
p.p.s i have a water cooling system and dont wanna change my block is there any 1366 board with 775 holes beside the p6t

just get a bracket adapter for your block, if there isn't one the apogee gtz is a good block. also all of the p6t line boards are great. I have the bottom line one and the bios is ridiculous for the price.

the gtx 260 is limiting me i can run all my games at max settings at 3360 X 1050

If your Q6600 has a VID 1.2v then u should have no problem hiting 4.0Ghz with that MB.
