Try giving it more voltage but really i would just clock it to 3.4ghz, you won't notice a performance improvement going from 3.4 to 3.6ghz also at 3.4gh it will run cooler and you won't be pushing your CPU to needing watercooling.
EDIT: i just saw you got it stable, what temps are you getting and what thermal compound are you using?
